Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to ensure technical and aesthetic standards in the manufacturing of industrial work uniforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality in the manufacturing of industrial work uniforms. 2. Conduct raw material inspection and in-line process audits. 3. Verify measurements, stitching, and cleanliness of the finished product. At **CONFECCIONES ATLANTA**, a leader in industrial work uniform manufacturing, we are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (sewing and finishing). **Job Objective:** Ensure that every garment or raw material meets the company’s technical and aesthetic standards, guaranteeing end-customer satisfaction and minimizing returns due to defects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Raw Material Inspection:** Inspect fabrics, threads, and accessories (buttons, zippers) upon receipt from suppliers. * **In-Line Audit:** Monitor cutting, sewing, and finishing processes to detect defects in real time. * **Finished Product Control:** Verify measurements (size charts), stitching, symmetry, and garment cleanliness. * **Reporting:** Prepare daily reports on waste, defects found, and approvals. * **Technical Testing:** Perform shrinkage, colorfastness, and resistance tests as required. **Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within the textile or garment manufacturing sector. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with technical specifications, fabric types, common sewing defects, and measurement instruments. * **Skills:** Keen eye for detail, organizational ability, and capacity to work under production pressure. * **Education:** Technical studies in Textile Quality Control, Garment Manufacturing, or related fields (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Formal employment under the General Regime payroll system. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
