Responsibilities: · Wash and disinfect plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots, and kitchen utensils. · Ensure proper drying and storage of tableware. · Sort and organize tableware according to restaurant standards. · Report losses, breakages, or deterioration of utensils to the supervisor. · Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area. · Assist with basic general kitchen cleaning tasks as required. · Comply with biosafety and food hygiene protocols.
