Position Summary: Provide analytical support and coordinate warehouse operational processes to ensure inbound and outbound product flows meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with warehouse, plant, and planning teams. **Date:** May 9, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide analytical support and coordinate warehouse operational processes to ensure inbound and outbound product flows at the Distribution Center comply with safety and quality standards. **What will you do in this role?** * Supervise warehouse administrative management * Configure and manage the warehouse management system (EWM – SAP) * Monitor warehouse stock levels by reconciling inventories and internal audits * Report to the commercial area on local dispatch progress, scheduling, and billing * Coordinate with various warehouse, plant, and planning teams to address stock reception requirements * Supervise the Logistic Operator’s service across its key processes: storage, dispatch, receipt, inventories, and non-conformance management (PNC) * Evaluate and control monthly operational expenses * Develop and track distribution objectives, plans, and projections * Generate statistics to identify improvements in area management and productivity * Support the Shift Supervisor in managing warehouse personnel. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing or related roles; experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred. * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Additional studies, courses, or workshops in warehouse distribution (preferred). * Languages: Intermediate English (preferred). * Software proficiency: SAP (user level preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Basic-level Power BI (user level). * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). * Availability to work at the Lurín site.
