Job Summary: We are seeking an independent Consultant to strengthen and streamline the company's administrative and financial management by designing and implementing financial control tools. Training and knowledge transfer to the team **ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL STRUCTURING CONSULTANT** At **Innovación Vertical E.I.R.L.**, a company specialized in high-altitude work, comprehensive maintenance, and general services, we are looking for an **independent Consultant** to strengthen and streamline our administrative and financial management. **Project Objective** Design and implement financial control tools to improve cash flow, understand the true profitability of our projects, and strengthen decision-making. **Key Deliverables:** * Administrative and financial diagnosis. * Projected and executed cash flow. * Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) control. * Cost structure and project-level profitability. * Budgets and variance control. * KPIs and managerial dashboard in Excel. * Financial procedures manual. * Training and knowledge transfer to the team. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in financial consulting or financial management, preferably in SMEs, services, construction, or maintenance. * Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling. * Experience in cash flow, cost analysis, budgeting, and profitability assessment. * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, and results orientation. **Terms:** **Engagement Model:** Service location / Independent project **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid **Duration:** To be defined based on proposal **Fees:** Based on experience and technical-commercial proposal. **Application:** Submit CV \+ technical and commercial proposal to info@innovacionverticalperu.com \#FinancialConsulting \#Finance \#BusinessManagement \#SMEs \#FinancialControl \#Lima \#Peru Salary: S/.1,142\.67 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: Remote employment
