Responsibilities: * Leads and fosters a customer-centric culture across the entire team to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive networks, systems, and expertise. * Develops the Remote Branch business plan based on local market analysis, including specific proactive outreach activities, plans to strengthen primary relationships within managed portfolios. The business plan must also include strategies to acquire new clients through referrals from existing portfolio clients. * Ensures high-quality implementation of the Remote Commercial Management Model by the entire team during client interactions. * Executes all standardized Leadership disciplines under the Commercial and Service Management Model, according to the prescribed methodology (established formats, execution frequency, etc.), aligned with activities defined as inherent and accountable to each position under supervision; these Sales and Service disciplines aim to ensure the commercial and service performance of the Remote Branch. * Disseminates and ensures correct application of procedures, circulars, regulations, and rules applicable to Remote Branch operations. * Ensures Remote Branch profitability and actively manages growth of assigned client portfolios, utilizing all tools provided by the Bank: Sales Platform, commercial window, active campaigns, commercial intelligence database, among others. * Agrees with each team member on personalized development goals tied to required behavioral and functional competencies, supporting them in designing detailed improvement plans to address gaps. * Maintains personal knowledge currency and ensures team members stay updated on regulations directly affecting their roles (e.g., anti-money laundering, credit risk, etc.) as well as on Bank products and services—ensuring accurate information is delivered to both internal and external clients and minimizing operational risk. * Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions. * Creates an environment where the team conducts effective and efficient operations within their respective areas, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk—including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines. * Promotes a high-performance environment and implements a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team; to achieve this, fosters an inclusive workplace, communicates the vision, values, and business strategy, and manages a succession and development plan for the team.
