We are currently seeking a Category Manager for our commercial department. **CATEGORY MANAGER** Support the ongoing execution, implementation, and monitoring of the strategy defined by the Commercial Management and Key Account Manager (KAM) for the assigned portfolio, through analysis of sales variables (Sell-In, Sell-Out, contribution, margin, among others), in order to achieve the targets and objectives established in the planning. **REQUIREMENTS** ● Completed university degree: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail (physical/digital channels) ● Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. ● Knowledge of SAP ERP and QlikView. ● Planning knowledge is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Continuously analyze relevant domestic/international competition to develop value-adding and effective planning aligned with channel targets and objectives. \- Assist in the creation and uploading of commercial product descriptions (SKU, technical specifications, photos, etc.) to clients, ensuring the product mix remains up-to-date across all channels. \- Support the KAM on all administrative matters (stock loading, purchase order generation and tracking, etc.) \- Prepare reports targeted at sales channels to enable continuous monitoring of processes associated with these areas. \- Collaborate on other tasks specific to the department. **BENEFITS:** ● Full-time employment contract from day one ● Market-competitive salary ● Workplace: Surco Chacarilla ● Food card ● Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
