Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for commercial management and customer service in the financial sector, with responsibilities including advisory services, transaction administration, and report preparation. Preparation of statistical reports and credit line management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in business units, commercial management, and customer service within financial sector companies. Proficiency in database management and creation of executive presentations. Advanced-level proficiency in MS Office. Desirable: experience in financial analysis and general knowledge of banking and/or securities markets. Responsibilities Promptly and efficiently address customer inquiries, requests, and requirements. Provide personalized advisory services regarding documentation and requirements necessary for transactions. Update, organize, and maintain customer files and corresponding contact information. Input and validate transactions via the Disbursement Executor, ensuring compliance with current policies. Conduct continuous follow-up on transactions until successful completion, coordinating with relevant departments. Prepare and manage credit line applications submitted to the Risk Unit. Manage and validate legal documentation required for credit line activation, coordinating signatures and contracts. Prepare statistical reports for sales analysis, monthly projections, and collections management. Provide administrative, commercial, and collections support to the business unit, ensuring high-quality service. Working Conditions Workplace: Miraflores.
