REQUIREMENTS: \- Ongoing, incomplete, or completed technical or university studies (desirable). \- Basic level proficiency in Office software (desirable). \- 1 year of experience in selling intangible products (desirable). \- Availability to work in a hybrid mode (remote and in-person). RESPONSIBILITIES \- Responsible for prospecting and enrolling individuals into Oncosalud and general health prepaid programs. \- Generate and/or develop a portfolio of new individual clients according to the defined profile for prospecting and under the supervision of the assigned supervisor. \- Generate enrollments through the channels established and defined by the company as part of the sales process. \- Report periodically and punctually, either in person or remotely, as defined by the direct supervisor for work organization. \- Adhere to the sales model and prospecting procedures by making client calls, scheduling meetings, appointments, and client visits. \- Responsible for continuous improvement by attending and taking full advantage of ongoing internal training sessions offered.
