Job Summary: Research Analyst focused on collecting and analyzing commercial and financial information, and evaluating companies' payment behavior. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact companies to obtain commercial and financial information 2. Evaluate companies' payment behavior 3. Manage verbal and written reports **Responsibilities:** * Contact designated companies to obtain commercial and financial information, trade references, and general company information. * Offer integration into a qualification process for medium- or high-tier customers. * Contact trade references to evaluate the payment behavior of the company under investigation. * Maintain thorough knowledge of Coface products and services. * Apply reporting management through verbal and written reports on information obtained from customers. Proactively identify potential issues arising from Coface systems. * Comply with compliance standards established by Coface and external regulators. * Adhere to and respect IT security and confidentiality policies. **Requirements:** * Willingness and strong motivation to learn. * Fluent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Knowledge: Ability to interpret financial statements and ratios (desirable but not mandatory). * Experience: 3 months of call center experience (desirable). * Software: Basic knowledge of Office applications. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * Formal employment under the General Regime from day one. * EPS Health Plan: Base Plan covered at 100%, extended to employee, spouse, and children. * Betterfly: Corporate benefits program, Employee Assistance Program offering virtual professional support including psychological counseling, veterinary services, fitness, and online courses. * Competitive monthly remuneration and performance-based bonus. * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday until 3:00 PM.
