We are a growing advertising agency looking for a creative–strategic professional eager to develop expertise in digital campaigns, performance, and content production (Performance \& Content Specialist). If you enjoy combining data \+ creativity, this opportunity is for you. What will you do? Support planning and execution of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Record, edit, and publish content (reels, ads, digital assets) for the agency and our clients. Propose creative ideas for results-oriented digital campaigns. Analyze basic metrics and prepare performance reports. Ensure all visual content adheres to brand identity and quality standards. Participate in internal meetings and client meetings as needed. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Communication, Advertising, Design, Audiovisual, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience creating digital content. Proficiency in Canva (mandatory). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or others. Experience recording content (use of gimbal, lighting, etc.). Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT. Proactive, organized profile with genuine enthusiasm for growth in digital performance. Work Mode: Hybrid work (remote \+ in-office). Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Full-time. What we offer: Ongoing training in campaigns and performance.
