Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including preparing sauces, side dishes, salads, and performing mise en place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes 2. Prepare sauces, side dishes, and salads 3. Perform mise en place in the kitchen Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Air Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services, covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality within the latter. We are currently recruiting KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession or related roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the chef and/or head cook with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others * Perform mise en place * Support assigned food preparation and plating tasks * Assist with activities assigned by your immediate supervisor BENEFITS: * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Base salary + bonuses + 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments.
