Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, including sauces, side dishes, and salads. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the chef in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes. 2. Prepare sauces, side dishes, and salads. 3. Perform mise en place and assist in plating. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in Airline Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services, covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are currently recruiting KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education with certification and/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in concession-based roles or related fields. * Availability to work in Villa Maria del Triunfo. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the chef and/or head cook in pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others. * Perform mise \& place. * Assist in assigned preparation and plating tasks. * Support activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Base salary \+ bonuses \+ 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments.
