Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service and requirement follow-up, internal coordination, ticket management, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer requirement handling and follow-up via virtual and telephone channels 2. Coordination with internal departments to ensure proper customer service 3. We are currently seeking highly qualified professionals to fill the Customer Service position****:*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated in Administration, Telemarketing, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, or call center roles. * Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation, teamwork, and proactivity. * Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. * Basic proficiency in computer tools and management systems (preferred). **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:20 a.m. – 6:20 p.m. (on-site) * Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (remote) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handling and follow-up of customer requirements through virtual and telephone channels. * Assignment, updating, and tracking of service tickets. * Managing the Virtual Call Center. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure proper customer service. * Monitoring and follow-up of product demonstrations. * Preparation of weekly reports, summaries, and service statistics. * Recording and updating information in the system. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Career development path.
