Ongoing projects with high growth potential At **Altamira Technology**, we are experiencing rapid expansion and actively advancing our technology solutions; therefore, we seek to bring aboard a **Junior Odoo Developer**. **Who are we looking for?** We seek a professional or advanced student with experience in Python and Odoo platform development, capable of progressively handling development, customization, integrations, and technical support tasks. We target a Junior or Advanced Junior profile characterized by high autonomy, analytical ability, and problem-solving orientation. **Main Requirements:** ✔ Final-year student (8th semester or later), graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields ✔ 1–3 years of software development experience (minimum 1 year in Odoo development and customization, or strong backend Python \+ PostgreSQL expertise) ✔ Proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework (ORM, models, views, XML, QWeb, record rules, cron jobs), and PostgreSQL ✔ Experience integrating with REST/JSON APIs and managing code using Git/GitHub ✔ Desired knowledge of Odoo Peruvian localization (electronic invoicing, SUNAT, PLE, accounting processes), Odoo.sh, Docker, and JavaScript ✔ Proactivity, analytical thinking, organization, and effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and functional teams **Your experience will be key to:** * Developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules (Python, XML, QWeb, ORM) * Analyzing technical-functional requirements and participating in fit-gap analysis * Implementing and maintaining REST API integrations between Odoo and external services * Supporting implementation of Peruvian localization (accounting, SUNAT, electronic invoicing) * Providing technical support, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents in Odoo projects * Documenting configurations and managing source code across development and production environments **Offer and Conditions:** ✅ Full-time position ✅ Work modality: As defined by company policy for this role ✅ Opportunity to join ongoing projects with high growth potential and continuous technical learning ✅ Excellent work environment If you match this profile—or know someone who might—please contact me internally or send your CV to **reclutamiento@altamira.pe**, specifying in the subject line: **Junior Odoo Developer**.
