On behalf of our client — **a prominent notary office located in San Borja** — we are looking for a: **CLEANING OPERATOR** **Job Mission** Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the notary office’s facilities, guaranteeing optimal, safe, and functional spaces for staff and clients through efficient execution of cleaning, conservation, and operational support tasks. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Good physical condition to perform operational tasks. * High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Availability for 100% on-site work in San Borja. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas. * Conduct weekly deep cleaning of desktop equipment, telephones, CPUs, refrigerators, microwaves, interior glass surfaces, light switches, door handles, and handrails. * Timely replenishment of cleaning and hygiene supplies. * Proper waste disposal at the end of each shift. * Perform weekly cleaning of the parking area. * Provide support for general maintenance tasks such as painting, gardening, organizing, and material handling. * Promptly report any malfunctions or repair needs. * Ensure proper conservation status of the facilities. **Benefits** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from the first month, with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to join a solid and prestigious institution.
