General Information \* Workplace: Surco. \* Work Modality: Hybrid. Remote Days (2 days): Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings to work from home. \* On-site Days (3 days): Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our offices in Surco. 4\. Requirements \* Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields: minimum 2 years of experience ensuring software quality (QA). \* Technical graduate or degree holder (institute) in a related field (e.g., Computing and Informatics, Information Systems Development): minimum 4 years in QA. \* Students who have not yet graduated are not eligible. Other Requirements \* Languages: Basic or intermediate English (mandatory). \* Location: Preference given to candidates residing in districts near Surco, San Borja, Miraflores, San Isidro, La Molina, San Juan de Miraflores, Chorrillos, or Barranco. 5\. Technical Knowledge and Skills (Mandatory) \* API Testing: expert use of Postman and/or Insomnia. \* Automation: experience automating tests using Selenium (Java or Python). \* Task and Version Control: Jira or Trello (task/defect management) and Git or GitLab (version control). \* Types of Testing: execution of functional, regression, UAT, performance, and stress testing (web and mobile). \* Documentation: designing test plans, estimating timelines, and creating step-by-step test cases. \* UX/UI: ability to analyze interfaces and user experience. \* Writing: experience drafting online content (manuals, reports, and workflows). 6\. Responsibilities \* Release Leadership: lead the full production deployment cycle of systems. \* Testing Strategy: plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. \* Defect Management: create, track, and report incidents in detail. \* Client Validation: ensure new processes meet real client needs. \* Technical Documentation: generate project status and progress reports. 7\.
