Information organization and cleaning The INBESTIGA group is currently seeking new Academic Researchers in the field of BUSINESS SCIENCES. Requirements: * Professionals with degrees in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Knowledge of research methodology * Familiarity with APA7 guidelines * Knowledge of data analysis (SPSS, DATA, Excel) * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams Main Responsibilities: * Process quantitative and qualitative databases using tools such as SPSS, R, Stata, or Excel. * Perform coding, cleaning, and organization of information collected during research. * Conduct statistical and methodological analyses according to the established research design. * Prepare tables, graphs, matrices, and statistical reports to facilitate result interpretation. * Verify the quality, coherence, and consistency of analyses. * Provide methodological support to researchers on topics related to data analysis, validity, reliability, and instrument design. Working Conditions: \- Salary: S/. 1,600 \+ commissions based on goal achievement \- 46 hours per week (33 hours onsite \+ 13 hours remote) \- Location: Miguel Seminario Street 310 \- San Isidro (5th floor), two blocks from the Carnaval and Moreira stations of the Metropolitano \- MYPE payroll registration from day one Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
