Job Purpose:** Determine, plan, recover, and file the company’s tax obligations in accordance with tax regulations; calculate deferred tax in accordance with accounting standards; and minimize tax contingencies. **2\. Job Scope:** Not applicable. **3\. Key Responsibilities:** * Calculate the company’s outstanding tax liabilities to fulfill tax obligations. * Recover VAT credit balances arising from purchases of goods and/or services. * Determine local and corporate deferred income tax to obtain additional tax benefits. * Submit electronic tax ledgers to maintain proper control over them and avoid contingencies. * Analyze cash transactions via cash counts to verify revenue accounting. * Forecast the company’s taxes and profits. * Conduct tax planning to optimize the tax burden (i.e., reduce or eliminate it), and analyze all accounts from a tax perspective. * Respond to SUNAT audits to verify the company’s compliance with tax obligations. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Amcor’s Safety Standards. * Comply with the current BRCGS Packaging, BPM, and HARA standards. * Perform other tax\-related activities. **4\.
