




We are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 2**. **Requirements:** · Technical professional degree or Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields in Information Technology. · Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical support level 2. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software - Windows and MacOS. · Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · **Networking:** Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols. · Ability to identify and resolve LAN, WiFi, and remote access connectivity issues. · **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Basic system administration: scheduling backups, managing updates and patches. · Maintenance of standard image on corporate devices. · **Inventory management:** Control and update inventory records for computers, peripherals, and software licenses. · Assign, deassign, and track equipment issued to users. · Use of inventory tools (GLPI, OCS Inventory, or others). · ***Availability to work onsite from Monday to Saturday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm at client's site (Av. Colonial block 5).
