




Position Summary: Responsible for comprehensive fund management, payment scheduling, banking administration, collections, and preparation of managerial reports to ensure liquidity and compliance with obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the company's liquidity and financial obligations 2. Administers banking platforms and collections processes 3. Prepares managerial reports and implements financial indicators 1. Ensure proper handling of company funds by maintaining rigorous control over schedules, maturities, and cash forecasts to guarantee liquidity and fulfill agreed commitments and obligations. 2. Schedule, execute, and submit supporting documentation to respective departments for payroll, tax, and supplier payments to ensure timely fulfillment of Group obligations. 3. Administer banking platforms and products, and perform corresponding reconciliations. 4. Administer current accounts for all Consortia in which we are partners. COORDINATOR 5. Manage collections by monitoring accounts through periodic progress reports, tracking overdue or upcoming payments, bank deposits, and cash receipts, as well as balance reporting. 6. Control and organize payment vouchers—physically or virtually—maintaining consistent order and sequential numbering to ensure accurate and timely recording in the Group's accounting system. 7. Prepare Group managerial reports (Accounts Receivable, credit lines, financings, etc.) and implement financial indicators. 8. Populate management KPIs according to assigned responsibilities, following established procedures, to quantify achievement of departmental objectives. 9.
