At **Talent Staff**, we are supporting a new recruitment process for **Impacto Visual SG**, a Peruvian company specializing in the manufacturing and implementation of advertising solutions such as exhibition stands, commercial furniture, structures, and visual elements for various brands. We are looking for a **3D Designer** with creativity, organizational skills, and willingness to participate in the visual development of advertising projects and accompany them through to production. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of proposals and 3D modeling for advertising projects. * Creation of designs for exhibition stands, advertising furniture, structures, and visual elements. * Project tracking from the design stage through to execution. * Coordination with the production team and other involved departments. * Design adjustments and improvements according to project requirements. **Candidate Profile** * Graduate or final-year student in Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related fields. * Proficiency in 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar). * Entry-level experience or internships in design (not mandatory). * Strong organizational and project-tracking abilities. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Key Competencies** * Creativity and visual judgment. * Task organization and tracking. * Ability to coordinate across multiple departments. * Adaptability and willingness to learn. **Location** Santa Anita – reference: one block from the Santa Rosa bus stop on Evitamiento Avenue (near the Santa Anita bridge). **Conditions** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Work Modality: 100% on-site.
