Excel with your talent as a **Payroll Account Executive** at Interbank. **How will you achieve this?** * You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the portfolio within the payroll account scope. * You will increase the number of companies paying Interbank Payroll Accounts through our BPI by continuously prospecting and visiting current and potential clients. * You will increase the number of individuals receiving payroll accounts at Interbank, aligned with the bank's defined strategy and target. * You will increase penetration and cross-selling of Commercial Banking products, ensuring the best experience. * You will analyze and design optimal communication strategies for companies. * You will design and implement commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue and balances per client. * You will manage campaigns and/or commercial initiatives to increase the number of employees/clients/individuals after a company selects us as its payroll account bank. **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Preferred: 3 years of experience as a Cash Management Executive, Payroll Account Executive, or similar roles in financial institutions, AFPs, or insurance companies. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** * Become part of the acceleration of the digital transformation of one of Peru’s most important companies. * Apply now and join a team that always aims higher.
