Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Accountant or Finance Professional with experience in the mining/industrial sector to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and banking management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the electronic invoicing cycle and ensure compliance with digital reporting requirements. 2. Supervise daily accounting operations and management of sworn statements. 3. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory authorities. What We Are Looking For: * Licensed and registered Accountant or Finance Professional. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining or industrial sector. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory for corporate reporting). * Expert knowledge of SUNAT regulations, electronic accounting platforms, and accounting software (CONCAR or similar ERP systems). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). What Will Be Your Challenge? * Ensure integrity of the general ledger and accounting records under GAAP and SUNAT standards. * Lead the electronic invoicing cycle and ensure timely submission of digital reports. * Supervise daily accounting operations: accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and expense control. * Manage preparation and filing of monthly and annual sworn statements (VAT, Income Tax, and other obligations). * Prepare detailed financial statements and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities. * Supervise complex banking operations, including reconciliations, transfers, and foreign currency transactions. * Manage relationships with financial institutions and optimize the supplier payment and collections cycles. * Design and implement management information system (MIS) reports to evaluate financial performance and operational efficiency.
