Job Summary: Accounting and Finance Analyst responsible for controlling and validating reconciliations, managing accounts payable/receivable, cost analysis, and preparing financial information and tax returns. At **ALFEMESAC**, we are seeking an **Accounting and Finance Analyst** for our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control and validation of bank reconciliations. * Management of accounts payable and receivable. * Administration and follow-up of customer collections. * Monitoring and analysis of inventory costs in the Kardex system (Sislog). * Review and analysis of accounting entries, provisions, and cost centers. * Preparation of payroll, vacation pay, bonuses, CTS, and employee severance settlements. * Preparation of AFP declarations and PDT Plame. * Preparation of information for Sire and PDB Exporters filings. * Preparation of the Economic Position (Cash Flow Statement). * Preparation of Financial Report (Assets and Liabilities). * Control and approval of payments in the Sispag SQL system. * Supervision of the accounting and finance team's emails. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree, bachelor's degree, licentiate, and/or professional title. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Basic English. * Proficiency in CONCAR software and SUNAT platforms (PLE, PDT, SIRE). * Knowledge of financial information analysis and internal control. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. **BENEFITS:** * Full-time employment with all statutory benefits from day one. * Positive work environment. * SCTR and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Social benefits including bonuses and CTS. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.) and remote work on Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
