




Position Summary: Coordinate and follow up on customer purchase orders and shipments, managing communication with production and dispatch personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer purchase orders and shipments 2. Coordinates with production and dispatch personnel 3. Maintains active communication with customers RESPONSIBILITIES: · Follow up on pending customer purchase orders. · Forward customer orders to Production for manufacturing. · Update the pending purchase orders – customers tracking table. · Coordinate with customers regarding shipment of their orders, whether in Lima or the provinces. · Coordinate with dispatch personnel for delivery of customer orders. · Daily review and entry of budgets into the B2 mining portal. · Comply with health and safety regulations and recommendations issued by MACHEN PERU SAC to protect life, health, safety, and the environment. Any other duties related to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Education** · Technical diploma and/or graduate from SENATI in Industrial Administration. **Specialization** · Customer service, logistics, and operations. **Competencies** · Teamwork, basic English, Microsoft Office – Intermediate, customer service techniques, human relations, public relations. **Experience** · Minimum 2 years.
