Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to support safety inspections, area documentation, incident reporting, and safety talks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development in the SSOMA area **Requirements** * Graduate in **Occupational Safety and Health** or **Industrial Engineering**, with an SSOMA course or program (minimum **100 hours**). * Basic knowledge of **Occupational Safety and Health** regulations. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in SSOMA-related functions (pre-graduation or professional internships are acceptable). * Availability to work **onsite at the plant**, with direct interaction with operational staff. **Responsibilities** * Support the execution of **safety inspections** at the plant and record observations. * Organize, update, and control **SSOMA area documentation**. * Prepare **basic incident reports**, observation reports, and corrective action reports. * Support **safety inductions and safety talks** for new personnel and visitors. * Coordinate and verify the delivery and proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Monitor compliance with **internal safety regulations**. * Support activities related to **order, cleanliness, and environmental care**. * Report unsafe acts and conditions to the area supervisor. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work in a team. **Work Modality** * **Onsite at the plant**. **Benefits** * **Formal employment registration** from day one. * Continuous learning and **opportunity for professional development** in the SSOMA area. * Positive work environment.
