




Job Summary: Supports the execution of safety inspections, organizes SSOMA documentation, prepares basic reports, and coordinates PPE delivery at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment. **Requirements** * Graduate in **Occupational Health and Safety** or **Industrial Engineering**, with an SSOMA course or program (minimum **100 hours**). * Basic knowledge of **Occupational Health and Safety regulations**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in SSOMA-related functions (pre- or post-graduate internships are accepted). * Availability to work **onsite at the plant**, with direct interaction with operational staff. **Responsibilities** * Support the execution of **safety inspections** at the plant and record observations. * Organize, update, and control **SSOMA department documentation**. * Prepare **basic reports** on incidents, observations, and corrective actions. * Support **safety inductions and safety talks** for new employees and visitors. * Coordinate and verify the delivery and proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Monitor compliance with internal **safety regulations**. * Support activities related to **order, cleanliness, and environmental care**. * Report unsafe acts and conditions to the area supervisor. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Modality** * **Onsite at the plant**. **Benefits** * **Payroll registration** from day one. * Continuous learning and **professional development opportunities** in the SSOMA field. * Positive work environment.
