




Accounting Assistant Job Summary We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team and support various tasks. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with basic accounting knowledge. Responsibilities: * Download PDFs of payment receipts with SOL key. * File physical receipts in the monthly purchase register file. * Record payment receipts in the system. * Prepare pro\-formas or quotations. * Generate purchase orders. * Other activities assigned by the direct manager. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Accounting or Administration. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PPT). * Ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
