Identifies credit risks and proposes actions to minimize delinquency. **We are looking for a Collections Manager** At LUBTEC, the official Mobil distributor for the industrial sector in Peru, we are seeking a professional to fill the position of Collections Manager, who will be responsible for the timely management and recovery of the assigned portfolio, maintaining appropriate customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of the company's financial objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor current and overdue customer portfolios. * Execute preventive, administrative, and field collection actions, ensuring compliance with payment commitments. * Keep collection and management information updated in the system. * Coordinate with commercial and customer service departments for timely collection management. * Identify credit risks and propose actions to minimize delinquency. * Conduct collection visits when the customer's situation requires it. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing current and delinquent portfolios. * Knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery techniques. * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. **Competencies:** * Negotiation skills. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset. * Organization and follow-up ability. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality.
