We are currently seeking a Compensation Coordinator. **Job Description** * Evaluate and analyze the compensation structure of group companies according to market best practices and organizational objectives. * Design and develop compensation, bonus, and other incentive programs. * Advise business unit leaders on compensation matters and group companies’ organizational structures. * Administer bonus and commission systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and incentive policies. * Support the design, review, and adjustment of internal compensation policies for group companies. * Develop strategies to fulfill the group companies’ vacation plan. * Prepare and monitor payroll budget compliance, tracking any deviations that may arise. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or immediate supervisor based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in related roles and 4 years in compensation overall. * Knowledge of compensation management, organizational design, and labor legislation. * Advanced Excel. * Intermediate English. **Additional Information** * Life insurance from date of joining the organization. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements.
