Position Summary: Support the monthly closing, provide support to Planning and Cost Control teams, and prepare information for official agencies. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the preparation of legal and financial reports **Date:** 21 Aug 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Support the actual monthly closing by executing the transactional processes that underpin it; support Planning and Cost Control teams and Plant Cost teams; and prepare information responding to requirements from official agencies. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- * Execute SAP processes to determine Production Cost and Cost of Sales at SKU level. Support the monthly closing by executing the transactional processes that underpin it. * Execute SAP processes to release the Monthly Planned Cost at SKU level. Support the monthly closing by executing the transactional processes that underpin it. * Support the development of continuous improvement processes aimed at optimizing operations. Generate time savings in the department to reinvest in other value-adding activities. * Complete legal, financial, and tax filings and reporting; resolve queries and requests from state agencies and institutions. Ensure full legal, financial, and tax compliance of the department with all official bodies. * Prepare reporting and working files for Planning and Cost Control teams and Plant Cost teams. Accelerate analytical processes by centralizing transactional activity. * Prepare and gather information to meet internal and external audit requirements. Ensure full legal, financial, and tax compliance of the department with all official bodies. * Supervise and support the annual inventory count process. Ensure proper functioning of the inventory control process. * Prepare the monthly inventory annex report, reflecting its status as of month-end. Provide relevant inventory information for decision-making. * Analyze accounting accounts and substantiate their content. Ensure full legal, financial, and tax compliance of the department with all official bodies. * Address user inquiries regarding procedures, accounting processes, and compliance matters. Accelerate analytical processes by centralizing transactional activity. * Actively participate in the shrinkage committee. Provide relevant shrinkage information for decision-making. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Professionals holding degrees in Accounting, Administration, or Finance. * **Advanced Excel skills (including macros) are mandatory.** * **SAP knowledge is mandatory.** * Preferably, knowledge of cost, finance, and accounting. * **Work Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
