Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Electrical Technician to perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and installation of electrical systems in hotel, clinical, and continuous-operation environments. Coordinated work with other departments **ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Certified Technician in Electricity · Knowledge of air conditioning systems and security technology. · Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an electrician. · Experience in the hotel, clinic, and/or continuous-operation sectors. · Availability to work rotating shifts **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid failures. · Perform corrective repairs efficiently and promptly. · Install new electrical systems and equipment, such as lighting, air conditioning systems, and security technology. · Follow the established maintenance schedule for designated equipment. · Ensure all electrical installations comply with local and national regulations. · Maintain detailed records of work performed, maintenance activities, repairs, and document any electrical incidents. · Collaborate with other departments—including general maintenance and customer service—to coordinate activities and ensure guest satisfaction. · Monitor inventory of materials and tools required to perform assigned tasks. · Ensure scheduled work is completed within the established timeframe. · Perform any additional duties as assigned by Maintenance and/or Operations Management. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · General regime payroll. · 100% covered meals. · 80% covered EPS (Health Insurance). · Hotel points. · Career development path.
