(Mandatory) Master’s degree in MBA, Management, Corporate Leadership, or related disciplines. (Mandatory) Professional degree plus Master’s graduation certificate; OR professional degree plus three additional years beyond the required managerial or equivalent experience. (Mandatory) Senior Executive Program, Strategic Leadership, or related programs. (Desirable) Minimum 10 years of professional experience since graduation. (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years in managerial or equivalent positions leading departments with similar characteristics or responsibilities, within public and/or private companies and/or national government entities. These 10 positions must have been held within the last 10 years, without distinction. (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities related to the corporation’s sector or sectors. (Mandatory) Knowledge of Public Management, Financial and/or Business Management, Public Management and Regulations, or related fields. (Desirable) Intermediate English proficiency.
