Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in tractor-trailers to lead workshop operations, ensure fleet operational readiness, and supervise the mechanic team. Key Highlights: 1. Control resources and ensure safety compliance We seek a professional with experience in tractor-trailers (American diesel and Chinese CNG) to lead operations at our workshop and ensure fleet operational readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Direct, train, and supervise mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality service. * **Maintenance Management:** Oversee and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within established deadlines. * **Work Order Control:** Prioritize and assign work orders via the **ERP Genesys** system. * **Resource Management:** Monitor spare parts and tool inventory, and coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse departments. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct periodic inspections of vehicles (including semi-trailers and dump bodies). * **Reporting and KPIs:** Prepare performance reports, update equipment history, and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles supervising heavy fleet or bus workshops. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience with American (diesel), Chinese (CNG), and semi-trailer tractor-trailers. * **Software:** Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate/advanced Excel) and maintenance ERP systems. * **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and excellent communication. * **Driver's License:** Preferred. **Benefits:** * Full payroll from day one * Statutory benefits * Market-competitive salary **Working Hours:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 08:00 \- 17:36 and Saturdays 08:00 \- 13:00\. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (day/night) possible.
