If you enjoy reinventing yourself and solving problems with new strategies, and working on innovative technology and business projects, **apply now!** **Job Description*** Support random weekly monitoring of twenty (20) tickets handled by the first and second levels of the Help Desk, reporting the results obtained. * Support the creation of tickets for requirements requested by ETIC Supervision, track their resolution, and report upon completion. * Support the control and tracking of compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule for SEDAPAL’s computer equipment, including any issues, delays, or rescheduling that may arise during execution of such maintenance.
