This includes administering Microsoft 365, domains and passwords; monitoring endpoint EDR security; and managing the hardware and application lifecycle—from procurement and configuration through maintenance and updates. Additionally, manage Intune profiles, Azure virtual machines, document procedures, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all technological resources across the group, guaranteeing system efficiency, security, and availability. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Systems, or related fields. Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and regulatory frameworks. Skills and Knowledge: * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Intune profile configuration. * Active Directory (user, group, and GPO management). * English: Intermediate–Advanced. Experience: 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
