You will also perform all necessary cleaning, washing, and preparatory duties in the kitchen to ensure smooth operational functioning. **Your Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Prepare and store ingredients required for service according to recipes or menus. * Monitor and ensure correct temperature usage for appliances and food items. * Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for daily operations per recipes/menus and within company guidelines. * Monitor quantities prepared and portions served. * Knowledge of and adherence to the FIFO system. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-ordered workstation. * Assist in preparing all mise-en-place for relevant menus. * Support chefs during peak activity periods. * Knowledge of and compliance with all applicable health department regulations (HACCP). * Preparation, use, and maintenance of tools required for each service. **What We’re Looking For:** ------------------ * Minimum 6 months’ experience performing similar duties, preferably in a hotel of comparable size and complexity. * High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality/F&B/culinary arts. * Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English proficiency is highly desirable. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail. * Flexibility and reliability. **Why Choose Us?** ----------------------- At **Minor Hotels Europe & Americas**, we are committed to shaping passionate careers worldwide and fostering intercultural experiences.
