Results-oriented mindset and customer service. **Job Description** ---------------------- Oversee and ensure production compliance for the work team. * Guarantee proper functioning and operability of store equipment, including fire protection systems, security systems, video surveillance, communication systems, intrusion detection systems, sensors, or alarms installed or assigned. * Promptly detect and report any illicit acts occurring within the facilities—whether committed by internal or external personnel—and immediately implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with processes related to control and movement of assets (fixed assets, logistics units, etc.) entering and exiting stores, to prevent losses. * Manage other additional duties inherent to the position. * Adhere to applicable service routines and protocols for your role, within the framework of Tottus’ “Kindness in Service” model. * Ensure your direct team complies with applicable service routines and protocols for their respective roles, within the framework of Tottus’ “Kindness in Service” model. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete university or technical education. * Minimum one year of experience in platform areas: maintenance and prevention. * Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to work 100% on-site with rotating shifts, under a 6x1 regime. * Results-oriented mindset, adaptability to change, and customer service orientation. * Experience leading work teams. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
