Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Provide support for the entire fleet of PCs and peripherals (pin pads \- ticket printers \- etc.) * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Clone devices and back up user data * Customize devices and restore user data * Prepare devices for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment due to device anomalies. Includes device cloning, user data backup, device customization, and data restoration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree completed in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * Two years of experience * Technical knowledge of hardware * Basic knowledge of MS Office 2016 or later * Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Proactiva net, etc.) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
