Servicios Generales Armane EIRL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Multiskilled Technician with a proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively to support general maintenance tasks. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance within industrial plants or facilities. Technical training in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity. Knowledge of plumbing / sanitary systems. Knowledge of masonry and surface tiling. Knowledge of carpentry and painting. Proficient use of tools and work equipment. Previous experience in similar positions (industrial plant experience preferred). Versatile / multi-skilled technical profile. Ability to adapt and perform various operational tasks. Proactive attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Availability for on-site work. Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on infrastructure and facilities. Carry out minor repairs on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and finishes. Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and plumbing fixtures. Identify and fix leaks, infiltrations, and sanitary failures. Perform basic electrical work and install electrical systems (lighting fixtures, outlets, distribution panels, and grounding). Maintain and clean equipment, areas, and infrastructure in general, ensuring proper operation and preservation. Prepare and condition structural materials as required, including cutting, assembly, and adjustment. Perform electric arc welding and assist with TIG welding when required. Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing tasks. Provide multiskilled (versatile) support for operational and maintenance activities. Manage, preserve, and control assigned tools, equipment, and materials. Prepare material lists and basic inventories for task execution. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in work areas. Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and PPE usage requirements. Prepare and submit reports and photographic records of completed work.
