




**About us:** We provide full\-service management for single\-family, multi\-family, and mixed\-use properties across Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County. We’re committed to transparency, reliable communication, and efficient operations, helping property owners maximize value while ensuring tenants feel supported and at home. **Salary:** $1,000 \- $1,100 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to maintenance requests through phone, email, text, or property management portals. * Review and diagnose issues, then assign work orders to the right vendor or maintenance team. * Schedule and coordinate repairs with contractors (electricians, plumbers, handymen, roofers) and tenants. * Follow up with tenants to ensure they’re satisfied with completed repairs and collect feedback. * Review and process contractor invoices while keeping records updated with the operations team. * Keep property owners informed with updates, photos, and repair documentation. * Encourage tenants to submit photos/videos with their maintenance requests to speed up troubleshooting. * Plan contractor schedules and routes to improve efficiency and lower costs. * Ensure all contractor paperwork (licenses, insurance, W9s, agreements) is current and organized. * Assist property managers with basic troubleshooting (e.g., water heaters, breakers) before calling vendors. * Suggest improvements to maintenance processes to save time and reduce expenses. * Assist team members when needed to ensure smooth operations. **Skills:** * Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal). * Strong phone and active listening skills. * Ability to remain patient and professional with various personalities. * Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment. * Self\-motivated and proactive. * Tech\-savvy with experience using property management software and digital tools. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required). * 2–3 years of experience in customer service or maintenance coordination. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum). * Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar). **Physical Setting \-** Remote **Schedule \-** Monday to Friday \- Business hours Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,360\.00 \- S/.3,695\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * customer service: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
