**About Us:** A boutique facial plastic surgery practice specializing in facial and neck procedures, offering refined, natural\-looking results through thoughtful, personalized care. The practice is known for its attentive, high\-touch approach, creating a supportive and welcoming experience for patients from consultation through recovery, with a strong focus on comfort, trust, and discretion. **Salary:** $1,100 \- $1,300 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** **Patient \& Administrative Support** * Manage general administrative tasks and daily office operations * Serve as a Human Resource (HR)/Compliance manager and operator for small business team * Handle email inbox management and timely patient communication * Answer inbound calls from patients with professionalism and empathy * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after procedures * Follow up with patients post\-operatively to ensure a positive experience * Serve as a reliable point of contact for patient questions and concerns **Operations \& Process Management** * Draft, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Ensure processes are followed consistently and improved over time * Support operational organization, scheduling, and internal workflows * Assist with both surgery center and office compliance\-related processes (HIPAA awareness a plus) * Collaborate closely with leadership to keep operations running efficiently **Skills:** * Exceptional attention to detail and high organizational precision * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to coordinate complex, cross\-functional workflows * Problem\-solving, prioritization, and decision\-making abilities * Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client and founder information * Tech\-savvy and comfortable using **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Functions of the electronic medical record system (Nextech) will be taught to you * Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems as needed **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Health Administration, or related field * 3\+ years of experience in an **operations, administrative, or customer service role** * **Experience or knowledge of HR is a plus** * Experience in a **medical practice** or familiarity with **HIPAA regulations** is a strong plus * Strong English communication (written \& spoken) * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum) * Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 4GB RAM, i5 or equivalent **Setting: 100%** Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1hr lunch) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,695\.00 \- S/.4,365\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * administrative/operations : 3 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
