Position Summary:
PCP Assistant in a textile company supporting production planning, order tracking, material control, cross-departmental coordination, report generation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities of the PCP Assistant – Textile Company.
Support production planning
* Prepare and update daily and weekly production schedules.
* Register production orders in the system.
* Monitor the manufacturing schedule.
2\. Production order tracking
* Track order progress at each stage (cutting, sewing, finishing, etc.).
* Verify adherence to scheduled deadlines.
* Report delays or deviations to the PCP supervisor.
3\. Material and trimmings control
* Verify availability of fabrics, trims, and supplies before starting each production run.
* Compile consolidated material requirements.
* Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse for timely supply.
4\. Coordination with involved departments
* Maintain communication with Production, Quality, Product Development, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics.
* Coordinate material release for production.
5\. Report generation
* Update daily production reports.
* Record progress indicators.
* Prepare production schedule compliance control charts.
* Issue reports on pending and completed production orders.
6\. System data updates
* Enter production progress into the ERP or company software.
* Keep production order information up to date.
* Verify accuracy of entered data.
7\. Document control
* Prepare and distribute production orders.
* Organize technical sheets, routing sheets, and manufacturing documents.
* Maintain updated physical and digital files.
8\. Support in indicator monitoring
* Production schedule compliance.
* Daily progress.
* Productivity.
* Delays.
* Line efficiency.
* Material availability.
9\. Support in process improvement
* Identify delays or bottlenecks.
* Propose improvements in scheduling and monitoring.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements
* Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields.
* 1–2 years of experience in PCP or Production areas, preferably in textile companies.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
* Knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing processes.
* ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or others — preferred).
