At Elifarma Laboratories, we are looking for a **Production Assistant**, whose main objective will be to provide technical and operational support in executing, monitoring, and controlling Production Department activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. * Two (2) years of experience in related positions within the Production area of the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in liquid dosage forms and supervising packaging activities). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. **Responsibilities:** * Support planning and coordination of production activities, ensuring compliance with the packaging schedule. * Provide support in monitoring timelines and processes to improve operational efficiency. * Verify compliance with production processes according to manufacturing records and current regulations. * Support induction and training of personnel on standard operating procedures and GMP. * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the quality management system. * Verify the condition and proper use of equipment, materials, and facilities. * Supervise in-process controls and compliance with established operational parameters. * Verify accurate completion of manufacturing records and document traceability. * Monitor facility conditions and documentation order within the Production area.
