At **Smart Blends**, a healthy food production company, we are looking for **Production Operators** eager to learn and grow with us. **Your Responsibilities:** * Operate production machinery in accordance with established safety standards. * Perform visual quality control of finished products. * Support packaging, labeling, and packing activities as per the daily schedule. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Properly use PPE and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Report technical incidents to your immediate supervisor. **What We Require from You:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum experience of [6 months / 1 year] in industrial plants or production areas. * Availability to work in Surquillo and reside in nearby areas. * Commitment, punctuality, teamwork, and respect for rules and procedures. **What We Offer You:** * Monthly Salary: S/.1500 * Immediate payroll enrollment with all MYPE benefits * 50% of the annual bonus * 50% of the Compensatory Time Off (CTS) * 15 days of vacation * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:45 pm / Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * A safe working environment. * A pleasant work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
