The English Council Educational Consultant is responsible for the proper implementation and monitoring of the academic program in educational institutions, as well as for resources aimed at learning the English language, providing pedagogical support, teacher training, classroom observation, and strategic academic support, in order to ensure learning outcomes and program continuity. Functions and Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver advisory and training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and pedagogical teams, focused on the correct implementation of English Council’s educational programs. * Provide pedagogical support during program implementation, ensuring appropriate use of materials, methodology, and academic guidelines. * Conduct classroom observations and provide practical, improvement-oriented feedback. * Coordinate with the commercial team, delivering ELT academic support to current and prospective clients when technical backing is required for closing or renewal processes. * Monitor the academic progress of assigned institutions, identifying implementation risks and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare brief academic monitoring reports according to project guidelines. Position ProfileEducation * Bachelor’s degree, undergraduate degree, or teaching certification in Education or related fields. * Specialization in English language teaching. * English language certifications (desirable). Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles: teaching, educational consulting, teacher support, or pedagogical coordination. Residence * Lima (with availability for visits to educational institutions).
