Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the effective execution of the relationship model strategy for the assigned segment, redefine and drive initiatives, and identify product penetration opportunities. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Ensure the effective execution of the relationship model strategy for the assigned segment. * Redefine, adapt, implement, and drive initiatives impacting the Management and Direction Model across the Branch Network; continuously adjust tools that facilitate application of the model. * Identify product penetration opportunities for the assigned customer segment. * Ensure proper implementation of the management, direction, and service model for the assigned segment. * Define segmentation criteria (established based on customer value contribution) and participate in annual client planning and segmentation: analyze clients by running their profiles to segment them. * Validate incentive proposals for positions within commercial networks responsible for serving the assigned customer segment. * Identify tool and training needs of the Branch Network: analyze tools to identify opportunities for improving executive management. * Define the channel strategy for the assigned segment. * Guarantee budgetary compliance for Retail segment profitability: analyze cross-selling and product penetration results by segment; analyze balance and billing results. Analyze and evaluate the bank’s structure to propose improvements regarding segmentation, client engagement, profitability, potential, cities for growth, portfolio rebalancing, etc.; analyze specific client cases (profitability, product trends, balances, assigned executive, branch) to address specific network queries, perform client upgrades or downgrades; analyze Cotiza functionalities to identify improvements in client pricing by segment. * Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies are highly desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar functions. * Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, and artificial intelligence tools. * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
