DESCRIPTION **Description** We are seeking an Agro Sector Researcher with solid experience in specialized recruitment, focused on headhunting, cold prospecting, and end-to-end comprehensive management of the selection process for clients in the agro-industrial, agro-export, and/or related sectors. **Responsibilities:** * Cold prospecting and active talent search in the agro sector using hunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bumeran, databases, and market mapping. * Profile development and analysis with internal and/or external clients, understanding the technical and operational needs of the agro business. * Candidate evaluation, presentation, and advocacy to clients. * End\-to\-end comprehensive management of the recruitment process. * Salary negotiation and closing of processes with selected candidates. * Continuous follow-up and support to clients and candidates throughout the entire process. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Researcher/Recruiter in the agro-industrial sector, either in recruitment consultancies or agro-industrial companies. * Proficiency in the full recruitment cycle (profile development, hunting, interviews, and closing). * Proven experience in headhunting and cold prospecting of agro-sector profiles (operations, field, plant, supply chain, etc.). * Ability to negotiate with clients and candidates (especially regarding salary and terms). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 days onsite in San Borja). * Upper-intermediate or advanced English.
