DESCRIPTION At KSR Global, we are seeking a **Research Associate** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in profile development meetings and provide advisory and consulting services to clients. * Identify position requirements, build the job profile, send Gantt charts, and post vacancies. * Plan next steps, conduct market mapping of candidates, and develop a longlist aligned with company standards. * Coordinate and conduct technical and competency-based interviews using the STAR methodology. * Conduct weekly follow-ups and prepare summary reports for presentation to the client company as requested. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in recruitment and selection, including hunting. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Advanced-level English proficiency.
