Supervising project execution on site A leading company in industrial ventilation solutions is looking for a professional with industrial project experience to join our team. **Requirements:** \-Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or related field (licensed or bachelor's degree) \-Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Resident Engineer in industrial projects \-Experience in industrial ventilation systems, smoke extraction systems, or HVAC \-Field personnel management and subcontractor coordination \-Knowledge of safety, quality, and construction control \-Immediate availability to work in Chilca\- Working hours: Monday to Saturday **Main Responsibilities:** \-Supervise project execution on site \-Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and internal departments \-Monitor progress, measurements, and valuations \-Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards \-Manage resources and construction schedule Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
